Peach Crumble

Fruit Base

  • 2 peaches
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 30g of your preferred type of yogurt

Crumble Base

  • 35g gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ tbsp agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Place the crumble ingredients (except for the coconut oil) into a blender.
  • Blend for 1 minute. Heat a frying pan, add the coconut oil then the crumble mix.
  • Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring so it doesn’t burn. Set aside and dry-wipe the pan when it cools.
  • Chop the peaches into 1cm pieces. Add the coconut oil to the warm frying pan.
  • Add the peaches and cinnamon and cook for 3 minutes, stirring so they don’t burn.
  • Place a lid on the pan to steam through for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve with the crumble sprinkled on top of the peaches. Serve with yogurt and even a few berries.
